We are available on call 24/7/365.
Our office holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.
If the Holiday falls on a weekend, then either the preceding Friday or the following Monday will be the observed holiday in terms of staff member time off.
